I like caring for seniors because I feel as though they deserve to be treated with the utmost respect, kindness and joy life has to offer. Sometimes they don't really have anyone , no family members or friends and that makes me really sad thinking about it. I try to bring them as much affection and care as I possibly can just to let each senior person know they have someone they can rely on and that will be there for them. I started caring for seniors almost 6 years ago after my 2 grandmothers past. I've missed them everyday but caring for seniors makes me feel as though I'm still taking care of my own grandparents. . In my spare time, I like to read, go for walks, watch a movie or do a cross word puzzle. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very patient and compassionate when it comes to taking care of my patients. My skills include Bathing, medication reminder and aiding with every day tasks.

Shaneil did a phenomenal job of caring for my grandfather. He suffered from Alzheimers and she handled him with so much patience and grace. She had nothing but empathy and care for him. I am so grateful for her help I'm sure he was too.
