The moment Shanice walked in. I could see her kind and caring way. That was very important to me, for my husband has Alzheimer's. I've never left him with anybody other than a family member before Shanice. I never worry, leaving him alone with her. She took very good care of him. She is dependable. She's on time and to me That's very important also. From day one she was up to the challenge.
