I am an experienced child caregiver who has experience with children of all ages ranging from 1 week-17 years old. I have experience with differently abled children, as well. I have experience caring for multiple children in their homes, in a nursery setting since 2013, and in a daycare setting since 2018. Before then I was a babysitter, starting in 2009. I am upbeat, creative, and responsible. I am able to prepare meals, I can assist with bathing/hygiene, I am a safe driver, and I have my own transportation. I am able to help with light house cleaning, also. I am currently a nursing student and able to take on flexible, part time positions. I am CPR and BLS certified as of March 2024. We met Shanice at the YMCA, she was working in the child center. Our son loved Shanice and she always took very good care of him while at the Y. When our situation changed and we needed permanent childcare, naturally she was the first person we considered. Shanice was our son's care giver twice a week. She was always on time and my son lit up every time he would see her. She would take him on walks, play with him and send me pictures. (Moms you know how much this means! ) She was a very good fit for our family. If I couldn't be with my son, the next person I would want to take care of him, is Shanice.
