Making a positive difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide since 2009, I bring experience and dedication to every care situation. I support families by providing reliable care, and I'm proud of the work I do. I am a patient and calm professional, detail-oriented, and able to de-escalate stressful situations. I can redirect attention when needed and handle confusion or agitation. I am also skilled in incorporating memory care activities and sensory engagement. I am able to provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with dementia care, and manage medications. I am also CPR/First Aid certified, and I have my food handlers and Article 9 certifications. I communicate with families using their preferred method, and I prioritize learning and meeting expectations to build strong connections.
