I have over 4-5 years of experience working with autistic children, including one year of paid professional experience, and I am certified in supporting children on the autism spectrum. Working with children is truly the highlight of my day, and I approach every child with patience, understanding, and genuine care. I am attentive to individual needs and focused on creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. In addition to providing engaging care and support, I am able to cook, clean, and manage daily routines efficiently while meeting the specific expectations of parents. I understand that trust and communication are key, and I prioritize parental comfort by ensuring children are cared for with compassion, responsibility, and consistency.
