I cannot say enough good things about Shanna and how well she attended to my 96 year old mother while she lived in a senior living facility. She was always one step ahead of me in terms of thinking of my mother's needs; she went above and beyond her role in taking care of her, providing care that included packing and moving her to another facility. Shanna did all of this cheerfully and with humor. I live out of state and needed someone whom I could trust from afar so was very grateful and relieved for her as I knew my mother was getting quality care. I can't recommend her enough. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a caretaker!
