For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My journey began with a genuine passion and has been fueled by the positive impact I can make in their lives. I'm a home health aide with some college education, and I find great joy in assisting with daily living tasks, providing respite care, and offering transportation. I am also experienced with hospice services, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. Building trust and respecting independence are paramount to me. I strive to create a comfortable environment where my care recipients feel confident in my abilities. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families regularly via text, phone, and email, always following their preferred method.
