About Shannon

Hi! I'm Shannon and I'm a compassionate and energetic 25-year-old! I've been working in IT since graduating from Indiana University in December of 2022, but have always had a passion for childcare & enjoy spending my free time working with kids. I have experience with all age groups. I'm looking for a part time or occasional position and my rates start at $16/hour for one child. I have nannied for 1 family for 9 months, was a babysitter for countless families during middle school & highschool, and was a camp counselor with 6/7/8-year-olds for 4 years. I have my own car, was previously lifeguard certified, and am able to renew my CPR certification upon request. My focus is on giving your child a safe, fun, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing crafts, baking, pretend play, physical activities, and outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and am reliable for your ever changing needs. Looking forward to meeting you!
