I am not sure where to even begin with how amazing Shannon is. She has been our nanny for a year and a half. She started caring for our son when he was 9 months old and she quickly became part of our family. Her approach to care taking is structured yet also relaxed. It amazes me how she can set limits with our son. She takes the time to teach him why she is setting the limit, and it is clear that he is learning right from wrong. She also brings this vibrant energy every single day. She is fun to be around and is always taking our son on adventures. We love Shannon and any family would be so lucky to have her as a nanny.
