About Shannon

Hi, I'm Shannon! I grew up around animals my entire life -- my mom has an affinity to cats, and I have wonderful memories of rescuing neighborhood strays with her. I found a love and care for every rescue we brought in! My dad was the dog person in our family, and so I also grew up with our beloved Pittie mix Oreo. He lived to be 15 and taught me so much about such a misunderstood breed! Oreo & I had a special bond, as we spent so many hours of quality time going for walks in the hiking trails behind my neighborhood. Through babysitting, I've also looked after family pets as well. I've taken care of dogs ranging in size/energy levels -- from Bull Mastiffs to Chihuahua mixes -- and cats with various needs. I'm happy to take your pet for walks, bring them to the park, play inside or outside, help train, give medications, and show them love & attention while you're gone!
