I love to clean. You don't hear that often but I really love to do it. No job to big or small I will do toilets, beds, windows, laundry, etc. the last nanny job I had I was also responsible for the cleaning and keeping of their home. I cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, kids rooms, sanitized toys, food prep, organized drawers and removed clutter. I am somewhat of a neat freak.

Shannon came to work for our family after my (first) baby was born right before I returned to work. Her caring and compassion were clear from the outset. She was extremely flexible and wanted to take the best care of my baby girl possible while respecting my family's wishes and unique family structure. She was willing to take on non-childcare specific tasks during our baby's naps that made our lives so much easier. Truly, Shannon made it possible for me to return to work after maternity leave, a much harder task than I thought possible. We remain grateful for all of her help and only secondary to changing circumstances did our time with Shannon come to an end.
