About Shannon

Hello! I am a mom of three, and have a wide mixture of experience. I started my teaching journey by opening my own daycare/preschool, next I moved to lead teaching preschoolers, I added ABA therapy, and online tutoring specifically in Reading. Lastly, I homeschooled my children for the last 5 years, grades TK-8th. Teaching children is one of my great passions. I love seeing children reach and exceed goals, learn new strategies, and just plain love education. I specialized in special education and autism. I believe that every child has the ability to learn, they just need the right teacher to help unlock they're specific way to learn. I would love to be that person in your child's life. Whether it be help with homework, homeschooling, or creatively grasping new concepts. One thing I've learned homeschooling my children is creativity and encouragement are the keys to reaching goals.
