For the last five years, I've dedicated myself to helping adults and seniors maintain their independence and well-being. I strive to connect with each care recipient by understanding their unique preferences and personal history. I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I adapt to changing routines or unexpected challenges, including handling confusion or agitation. I keep families informed with regular updates via text or phone call, always following their preferred communication method. I'm also here to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am trained in CPR, and I've completed some college coursework.
