About Shante

Knowing I can positively impact a child's life is what inspired me to become a caregiver. For the past 10 years, I have provided families with reliable childcare for children of all ages. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. My patient and calm nature allows me to creatively engage with children, especially through outdoor sports and physical games. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I always follow a parent's preferred communication method regarding their child's day. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time and am willing to help with carpooling, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision.
