I'd describe my personality as patient, positive, and upbeat! I like tutoring because I enjoy helping students reach their academic goals! I'm looking for a job that focuses on growth. I started tutoring when I was a nanny, who assisted in home-schooling. In my spare time, I like to do activities outside. Whether it's walking at the park, playing at the beach, etc. I also adore spending time with my family, playing games, or learning new healthy recipes to cook with them. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate about coaching my students to reach their goals at their individual pace. All the while, simultaneously building rapport with them to create a positive impact on our time together. My skills include individual goal setting, differentiated learning strategies and having fun while learning. As a special education teacher, I find joy in the privilege of getting to work with a variety of students and their individual needs!
