The first two days that I hired her she did great. She washed my mom’s clothes, changed her, changed her linens. I already had breakfast and lunch prepared so all she had to do was put it on a plate and warm it for my mom. I made sure she had the necessary supplies she needed and told her to let me know what she needed and I will purchase it. There were times where she would come up with things the day of that she runs out which means that I had to place a rush order for the next day. She would make rude confrontational responses when I would ask her something via text message. I would provide her with the schedule for the week of my mom’s appt. The day before my mom’s scheduled appts for the week she texted me and mentioned that she charges for gas to take my mom. Not once did she mention when I called, went over the details for my mom that she charges for gas. I told her I don’t mind paying for gas. I informed her that I can pay 72 cents per mile as California mile rate is. She kept being confrontational in her text stating that honestly her car is only to be used for back and forth to work. I informed her that she will be compensated for this. On January 14th she had to take my mom to her doctors appt and didn’t listen to mom with giving her directions. She told my mother that I gave her the wrong information for the location which is what I did not do. It seems as though when she is wrong she doesn’t like to admit it. My mom asked her to listen to her and she didn’t. When arriving in the appt my mom mentioned that she was playing music loudly while the doctor was in to talk to my mom and my mom had to turn to her to tell her to turn it down. You shouldn’t have to tell anyone this. Another incident occurred when she had my mom laying on seeped through # 1 or # 2 and she poured powder over the puddle, placed the chucks over that and then laid my mom down. I informed her via text to make sure she change the linens and to make sure she maintains cleanliness. She did not respond. I asked for references several times and she ended up showing me screenshots and names but no phone numbers to call to ask about her services! Red flag after red flag. The incident with the doctors did it! I will not be hiring her nor recommending her for anyone else. She’s very rude, don’t take ownership for her mistakes. Passion doesn’t seem to be in in! Seems to be doing it just for the money. Unprofessional, disrespectful and confrontational. She deserves to not be on this platform as she will treat other families the same way!
