I am a newly retired teacher, mostly elementary, grades 1-5, with a Master's in Education with an emphasis of curriculum and instruction. I have over 30 years of experience teaching elementary and all the way up to college. I am also a mom of 3. My patient and calm demeanor coupled with an ability to engage kids in a fun and meaningful way allows me to connect with students easily to ensure learning. I use various materials when teaching, such as manipulatives, books, work books, short videos and picture books when appropiate.
