For the past 10 years, I have been helping students unlock their potential. I hold a graduate degree and create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments. I adapt my teaching methods by actively listening and observing initial interactions with new material. I vary my teaching strategies using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated through positive reinforcement and by breaking down complex problems. Communication is essential for understanding student needs, progress, and setting clear expectations. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of being a tutor. I am comfortable tutoring in Math, English, Science, and Test Preparation, and I am CPR and First Aid trained.
