Shayla is truly one of a kind. From the moment she started caring for our baby, it was clear that she’s not just a nanny—she’s a natural caregiver. She’s incredibly loving and gentle, but also wonderfully intentional with how she engages with children. Every day with Shayla was full of learning-based play and meaningful connection. She’s intuitive in the way she reads a child’s needs, always calm and patient, and genuinely present in every moment. She’s also extremely dependable—always on time, quick to communicate, and so adaptable to whatever the day brings. Beyond her professionalism, Shayla’s emotional intelligence stands out. She understands children (and parents!) on such a deep level, which makes her an absolute gift to have in your home. I can’t recommend Shayla enough.
