About Shelby

Shelby started caring for our son when he was two months old and stayed with us until he started daycare at the end of July, right after he turned one. During that time, Shelby was a fixture in our family, also helping with our pets and our 4.5-year-old daughter. She was there as we lost two of our senior dogs and welcomed two new puppies, volunteering to help in ways that far exceeded her being a nanny to our son. I can't express deeply enough that if Shelby joins your family, you will see how much she cares about children (and animals), and her boundless energy will keep everyone entertained and organized! Oftentimes, when our son napped, Shelby would find an organizational project in our house, which was so appreciated as I work full time from home. Our son adored his time with Shelby and we already miss her, but we know the next family she goes to will benefit greatly.
