Shelley is an extraordinary person who exhibits many admirable traits- she is honest with a high level of integrity, sensitive to others, kind, tolerant, understanding, and giving. She laughs easily, always gives others the benefit of doubt, and has keen insight. She is reliable, responsible and tireless. What I am most impressed with is Shelley's relationship with her students. She has a natural ability to motivate the unmotivated students. Her encouraging, positive attitude makes the students comfortable. She is an active, caring, and motivating young woman whose positive attitude has certainly influenced the students with whom she currently works.
