Dementia care is more than a profession--it's my calling. With a background in psychology, training in cognitive behavioral techniques, and certification in dementia care, I bring both expertise and deep compassion to those I serve. My hands-on experience spans hospice, memory care, and private homes, and Care Management. Allowing me to understand the diverse needs of individuals with dementia and their families. During my internship with a neurologist, I supported his mother's Alzheimer's care and studied neuroplasticity, which strengthened my understanding of the brain's resilience. This knowledge fuels my dedication to nurturing each person's capacity. I understand that dementia is a complex condition that affects not only the cognitive functions but also the emotional and social well-being of the individual.
