I adore children and have 20+ years of experience, caring for infant to grade school ages. The past year I have cared for a smart & lively 16-month-old, but preschool starts in June, so I am looking for my next adventure!
I'm searching for the perfect long-term job with another wonderful family. I specialize in infants and toddlers. In my 5 most recent positions, I've cared for 3-6-month-old infants. Talking, singing, playing, and reading are just some of the ways I ensure I am providing the appropriate level of mental and physical stimulation. Part of my responsibilities are to help ensure the children learn every day and meet their milestones.

Sherry was our son's nanny from ~6 months until he started daycare at 15 months and we all adored (and still adore) her! She is thoughtful, kind, generous, and conscientious--in general and in matters related to childcare--and will be a true partner to you and your family, not just when it comes to caring for your kiddo(s), but on other fronts, too: we were recent transplants from the city to the ‘burbs for my husband’s job and she went above and beyond when it came to introducing us to other parents, recommending things to do out here, etc. Our son is excited to see her every morning, enjoys playing with her and exploring with her by his side. I know we will hire her often as a babysitter in the months ahead!

Sherry has been our full time nanny for over a year now and has been wonderful with our son Tyler! She is warm, attentive, and engaging! Sherry is also playful and fun! Our son is currently in EI services and Sherry is diligent about completing activities and interventions with our treatment goals. We will miss seeing her cheerful self during the weekdays, but we know we will stay in touch! Thanks Sherry! 

Sherry was my daughter's first nanny. After an extensive search and debate on daycare vs. nanny, I chose to find a nanny on a temporary basis until I felt more comfortable sending my then 3 month old to daycare.  
From Day 1, Sherry had a nurturing, calm presence about her.  My daughter took to her and I did not have to worry while I was away, and when I did,  I would receive updates and pictures of their daily activities which brightened my day. 
Although Sherry is no longer with us full-time, we still keep in touch and in those short months of care, she became invested in my daughter's development and growth. 
I 100% recommend Sherry. She will not only take excellent care of your child(ren), she will help them develop as well.

Sherry is great with our son. He's about to be an inpatient for a serious illness indefinitely, so unfortunately, we have to let her go. Our baby is 1 and she's been with us since he was 3 months and he absolutely loves her. Even now that he needs medicine daily and has some special needs, we are completely comfortable leaving our child in her care. She's even great with our two huge and fussy dogs. Our family is going to miss her so much!!

Our family has hired Sherry multiple times and every time I leave my house at peace. I know my babies are safe with her and she is absolutely wonderful with them! One time, she even brought my kiddos a gift. So very sweet, loving, punctual, responsible, and fun! I can't recommend her enough and we can't wait to have her back! A true gem!

Sherry is the best!!! My children enjoy spending time with her and always have so much fun playing with Miss Sherry. We have had Sherry help us with date nights, overnights and she is scheduled one day a week so I can take a break. :-) She is always on time and is someone I can trust with my babies! Sherry is a 5 star sitter and a 10 star person!

Sherry has been with my family for the past 4 years.  My girls were 10mo and 2.5yo when she started with us and they absolutely adore her.  Sherry is very reliable, which we have always appreciated, and it has made our lives so much easier.  She has always been willing to help out to cover extra hours or days, or really help with anything we need.  It is hard to find someone you feel safe leaving your babies with, but with Sherry I always knew they were in good hands.  She has been through it all with us from diapers and potty training, to getting them to and  from school and activities.  It is going to be a very hard transition for my family to not see her on a regular basis, but our little girls are becoming big girls and will both be in full time school next year.  I can only hope Sherry finds another family that appreciates her as much as we do, because her next family will be very lucky to have her!

Sherry helped with my children for a short time. The children looked forward to playing with her.  My part-time position did not provide enough hours for Sherry and she took employment with a family that provided her more hours. She will be our back up sitter in the future. 

Sherry was with us for about 5 years and still sits for us now and then.  Short story...she is a fantastic nanny.

On the "parent" side, Sherry is smart and responsible, with great judgement.  Over the years, she has had to handle lots of situations and always did so in a good way.  Whether she is with our kids for a few hours or several days, we have complete confidence in her.  I will also mention that our daughter has autism and Sherry has always made a special effort to create a strong bond and to work with her in a way that is consistent with how we do things.

On the "kid" side, Sherry is a blast.  Books, dog walking, homework, games, outings, rides in her convertible, the kids have always looked forward to their time with Sherry and, even as teenagers now, they still consider their relationship with Sherry to be important.

Like all parents, we want to surround our kids with truly compassionate, truly good and happy people.  That is Sherry!

My family has had a wonderful experience with Sherry.  As for the basics, she is very dependable and flexible if needed. She has excellent communication skills.   Also, she has a great deal of common sense and always intuitive when it comes to childcare. She is dependable at getting the children to school and activities etc.   We never once had hesitation about leaving our small children in her care.  On a more personal note,she really made an effort to get to know our whole family.  She had a positive relationship with us the parents and with our children as well.  She watched our children for 5 years from infancy to Kindergarten and she was engaged the entire time.  We feel truly fortunate to be able to have such a positive childcare experience.  

Sherry is very kind and I felt extremely comfortable having her watch my sons. She has a great personality and I look forward to using her again.
