About Shula

I've been around animals my whole life--everything from small pets to rescue dogs my family fostered (we ended up with 5!). Growing up, I took care of feeding, walking, and playtime, and as they got older, I helped with vet visits, medications, and extra care. I've also volunteered at shelters in low-income neighborhoods, assisting with spay/neuter programs, and worked at a pet store grooming salon as a receptionist, where I learned about dog handling, breed-specific health risks, and keeping pets safe around others. Whether big or small, shy or outgoing, I love all pets equally. I ask plenty of questions to understand each pet's needs so I can give them the best care possible while their family is away.
