About Siena

Hi, I'm Siena! I'd describe myself as caring, fun, and empathetic. Working with children has always come naturally to me, and I truly love being part of their growth. I started caring for children when I was younger helping with my relatives' children and my nephew, and that early experience really shaped my love for childcare. For the past two years, I've been working at a childcare center with children ages 6 months - 6 years, which has helped me grow confident in supporting different personalities and developmental stages. I'm also currently in college working toward my bachelor's degree. I'm looking for an occasional or part time position for Tuesdays and Thursdays and a full-time position starting in June and would love to find a family where we're a great fit for each other. For long-term roles, I prefer to be paid through a payroll service. I'm excited to build a strong connection with a family and be someone their children feel safe, supported, and happy around
