I am a recent substitute teacher for Arlington School District with a bachelor's degree and a strong background in classroom management , I bring both structure and warmth to every child I work with. Through my substitute and babysitting experience , I've worked with children of various ages , from toddlers to pre teens, managing routines , planning activities , and creating positive engaging environments . I'm confident that my ability to combine support with genuine care makes me a great fit for your family. In addition to my babysitting and classroom experience I am flexible with : scheduling , transportation, and light household duties.
