About Sierra

Hi I'm Sierra! I'm a 22-year-old school nurse (LPN) who loves caring for others, especially little ones. As the big sister to a 3-year-old and an 18-month-old, and a 17-year-old, I've gained lots of hands-on experience with babies, toddlers, and teens. I'd describe my personality as caring, playful, and reliable. I love helping kids learn, grow, and feel safe while keeping each moment fun and positive. Families can count on me to be patient, responsible, and dependable. I started working with kids when my younger siblings were born--feeding, playing, and keeping them safe--and I've enjoyed every part of it. In my spare time, I'm usually with my family, working, or at the gym. One thing you should know about me is that I treat every child as if they were my own, always putting their safety and happiness first. My skills include being detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and creating fun, engaging activities that encourage learning and joy.
