Two years ago I decided to finally follow my dream of being in child care. I started by babysitting for a friend and absolutely loved it. Last year I decided I wanted to push myself and got a job at my daughter's elementary school as a pre k classroom assistant. My role was to assist the teacher with behaviors and classroom activities with the kids. It was such a special year and probably the best year I ever had. I built such an amazing relationship with all the kids and learned so much about child care. I picked up so many great tools to help children learn and grow. Doing crafts and educational activities is really important to keep kids engaged, having fun, and learning at the same time. I love creating a nurturing, fun, and safe environment for every child. I strive at being very dependable, patient, and passionate with everything I do. I know now that child care is my biggest passion.
