I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, proactive. I like caring for seniors because I find it rewarding. I feel that giving my time and caring for seniors is as valuable to them as it is to me. I'm looking for a job that extra hours apart from my regular job. To help someone who is need of assistance but cannot afford a private agency. I started caring for seniors when I was 15 years of age. I started by helping take care of my aunt who had cancer. From there I continued volunteering with neighbors who need help. As an adult I would take on part time work for people at church who needed care. I now do caregiving full time. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my grandchildren, read and take long walks or hike. One thing you should know about me is I treat everyone as if I was caring for one of my own family members. My skills include dementia care, hospice and cooking.

Simona is professional and genuinely caring, and comes with so much knowledge and experience that carried me through when my mom came home from rehab on palliative care. Simona knows when to just sit and hold my mom's hands when she needs it most, which is something most caregivers don't even think about. I am so thankful that our paths crossed...
