Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. I find great fulfillment in supporting adults' and seniors' independence. My previous experiences in care roles solidified my desire to help others. With some college education and one year of experience, I was a medical assistant for three years and decided to go back to nursing school to get my BSN RN. I bring patience and a calm demeanor to my work. I'm friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with care. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations. I keep families informed with daily reports and regular verbal updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I am trained in CPR. I look forward to bringing my skills and compassion to your family. I have one year experience with memory care at a nursing home where I take care of 18 residents alone in a shift.
