About Sophia

Hi, I'm Sophia! I'm an Army veteran with a strong background in administration, customer service, and caregiving. I bring the same reliability, patience, and flexibility I learned in the military to every family I work with. Animal Experience: I've worked with animals my entire life, from fostering to volunteering at the Erie County Dog Pound walking dogs of all breeds. I've also worked at Sanders wildlife rehabilitation center in Canton and at African Safari Wildlife Park in Port Clinton, caring for a wide variety of animals--fish, cats, reptiles (including snakes and tarantulas), parrots, and even hoofstock like cows, deer, elk, and bison. I'm comfortable with pets of all sizes Childcare Experience: I have a niece and nephew I adore, and I've always enjoyed being around kids. While working at Great Wolf Lodge as a retail manager for three years, I also did character appearances, story time and led craft events. I am CPR certified and have completed Combat Lifesaver training
