Hi! My name is Sophia, and I have one year of paid experience in senior care, along with several years of personal caregiving experience for my grandmothers and grandaunts, who helped raise me. Being closely involved in their care has given me a deep understanding of patience, compassion, and the importance of dignity in caregiving. I'm BLS certified, bilingual (English and Portuguese), and known for being reliable, attentive, and respectful. I'm comfortable assisting with daily routines, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, while always ensuring a safe and supportive environment. I'm available on weeknights from 6:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. and based in the Wesley Chapel, Dade City, and Zephyrhills area. I genuinely care about the well-being of those I assist and strive to provide the same level of kindness and attention I would give to my own family.
