About Sophia

Making a difference in the lives of others is my calling, and I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors for the past two years. I am a compassionate and detail-oriented caregiver. I strive to understand each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. My experience includes providing transportation, running errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with dementia care, medical management, and mobility. I have First Aid Training and follow each family's preferred communication method to keep them informed. I have some college education. Knowing I can bring comfort and peace of mind to families is why I love what I do.
