Hello! I'm Sophie. I have a Masters in Elementary Education from the Univeristy of Florida and am currently going back to school to become a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. I have 5 years of elementary classroom teaching experience, 10+ years of childcare/nannying experience, and 3 years of tutoring experience. I've taken care of and taught children ages 9 months to 12 years old. As a nanny/sitter I prioritize making sure children feel safe, loved, and listened to. As a teacher, I have management strategies that translate to general childcare. If they need to do chores or homework, I will make sure that they complete those tasks, and make it fun while they're doing it.
