I've been tutoring math ever since I was in college, and I've been a college math instructor for over 15 years. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in Applied Mathematics and nearly completed a PhD in that field as well. I did research in some cool geology/math applications as a research mathematician. There's something really valuable about one-on-one instruction. I love it when students say things like, "Oh, that makes so much sense now!" I love helping others know how amazing math is and how it benefits us every day. My favorite hobbies include hiking, racquetball, baking, and being with my family. I tutor all levels of mathematics, including Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, Geometry, and everything in between! I customize lessons to each individual.
