Stefania has been watching my 8mo for the past few weeks and she is an amazing nanny. Her calm demeanor put the baby at ease as soon as she walked through the door, and baby was smiling at her and going to her within a couple of days which is rare for her. The baby is teething so has been fussy but Stefania is always patient and calm. She plays music to the baby and sings to her throughout the day, and works with her to develop her milestones. Stefania transitioned the baby to a 2 nap a day schedule within a week! which has been a huge help for us. She is great with communication, and always promptly informs me of any scheduling changes. She is a capable and reliable nanny and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.
