Stephanie came recommended to our family and has a history of dedicated relationships with the families she nannied for. She has been the nanny for our baby since January 2025 and we are relocating out of state which is why she is seeking a new family where she can provide childcare. Stephanie aligns to the family’s approach and routines. She partnered alongside us to look into different tips based on the stage we were navigating - lengthening naps, transitioning to solids, etc. She diligently tracked diaper changes, naps, feeding, etc enabling us to pick up where she left off. She is dependable and communicates if any scheduling considerations to navigate together (e.g. appointments, holidays). Returning to my demanding role after maternity leave was difficult. Stephanie was/is a bright spot in that transition. I’ve felt comfortable and confident in the care my child is receiving and that she truly cares about them. It will be incredibly difficult to transition to new care after having the best. I could not recommend Stephanie more.
