I love working with infants, they are so sweet and fun!! I have almost 9 yrs "paid" experience working with an infant /toddler so I'm great with preparing meals, diaper change and also nap time. Stephanie cared for our son from Newborn to 3 Years Old, the only reason for leaving us is that he's starting a school program. If I could employ her forever I would. He's kind, polite and knows so much more than his class (ABCs, spells his name, knows all planets, states, etc.) because of her. She makes him feel safe, heard and loved. She's extremely knowledgeable about children, and is humble beyond belief about everything she's done for our family. She kept our home neat and organized, loves our dogs the way we love them and helped me tremendously as I navigated being a first time mom and full time exec. She's the backbone of our home, and anyone who hired her next will be lucky to do so.
