About Stephanie

Hello, my name is Stephanie and I have had the very distinct pleasure of having at least a decade's worth of experience providing companionship, homemaking and caregiving to elderly clientele with physical, mental/psychological and emotional needs as well. I enjoy learning as much as I possibly can about them as well as their individual interests, hobbies, pastimes, personalities, sense of humors, likes, dislikes, temperaments, etc. and assisting in helping to make them feel acknowledged, visible, seen, heard, understood, important, respected, valued and appreciated as well in each and every aspect of their day to day lives with our time together. I have had experiences with army veterans, one of whom was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease as well as a separate client who suffered with both severe anxiety as well depression resulting in the development of suicidal ideology. I am a firm believer in positivity, encouragement and connection to assist in quality of care given.
