About Stephanie

This is Dave K, husband of Nadine K (review below) Our young family would not be where we are today without the steadfast and trustworthy care of Stephanie. We are a busy, regimented family...both parents working full-time (and often travel), daily carpool shuttling, minimal screen time...and Stephanie has been the drum beat of consistency. Here's a list of transitions Stephanie helped (and sometimes led) our family through: (1) potty training our twins and son (2) sleeping habits (help establishing nap routines, nap transitions, and crib-to-bed) (3) eating (breastmilk/formula to solids) (4) life skills (tying shoes, dressing themselves, baby-to-toddler-to-big kid emotions...cleaning up from playing, from eating, and introducing age appropriate chores (laundry, dishes, etc)) Additionally she knew the area to help our out-to-town family get started (pre-school, parks, local affordable activities, etc). Stephanie is a loving Mom herself...and can 100% support you raising your family. She has become more like an Aunt to our kids instead of just their nanny. We fully support and recommend Stephanie as a nanny to her next family.
