About Stephanie

Hello I have been working with children since I was a teen myself. Now as an experienced special education teacher and a mother to a school-age son myself, I feel I truly have the skills it takes to understand both sides of the child care situation. I want to work closely with parents so they feel confident when leaving their loved ones in my care. I am a good listener and will follow guidelines set by parents however I also have my own skills and mothers intuition and can come up with activities plans and solutions to everyday challenges without needing to bother you for every little situation. I am comfortable working with children of all ages backgrounds and abilities. I am a strong communicator, have patience, and a positive attitude. I'm creative, loving, and good humored. I appreciate the trust it takes to leave your children in the care of another. My rates are flexible and depend on several factors.
