In my Healthcare career started out working with special needs clients where I did everything from assisting clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and transportation to different places. From there my career went into working with ventilator patients. My first job was with a quadriplegic, who was paralyzed from the neck on down. Total care was provided including light maintenance of ventilator machines, and also trach care. I also have experience using a hoyer lift. Using one currently with one of my clients. I've worked in nursing homes. I also have experience working with elderly patients with dementia.
