Stephany has been watching my 9-month old since she was 2 months old. She has been such an integral part of her development, engaging in age appropriate activities and making sure she is practicing physical movement. Stephany takes my baby to the park, on walks, experiments with different solids and practices milestones from rolling to crawling and soon, walking. Stephany is very knowledgeable on adolescent development, and will make suggestions to schedules and routines, while also respecting the desires and requests of the parents. Stephany has the skills to watch multiple kids at once— caring for my 3-year old as well. My girls love Stephany and greet her with big smiles when she arrives in the morning.
