About Stephen

I was raised in the country around animals and always had a pet dog, cat, calf, sheep, chicken, rabbit, bird or other species that I and my brothers named and domesticated to be our playmates. I enjoy the company of well loved pets now as much as I did as a kid. I'd describe my personality as easygoing and friendly. I like working with animals because I enjoy getting to know them. They have personalities like their owners. I'm looking for a job that is low stress and relaxing though I can handle any level of responsibility if I know in advance what's expected. In my spare time, I like to play my tenor and bass trombones in a local orchestra. I also enjoy reading and studying the books in the Britannica Lifetime Reading Plan. I'm retired so I have time for this. One thing you should know about me is that both my wife and I enjoy serving others. My skills include feeding, playing with and listening to your pet. I also know how to give them meds.
