Su B only provided services twice to our mother before we had to make a decision let her go. Her work with our mother was okay. The challenge with Su B was her transportation. She acknowledged that she needed work on her car and that because of the work she needed she could only drive late at night or early mornings. This would have created concerns for reliability for her with our mother. Therefore, our family had to make a decision that this would not be a good fit for our mother.
