I am able to care for children of different age groups, and strive to make sure that the child/children feel comfortable and safe... I believe children need structure and direction, while at the same time patience and hugs.. Depending on the age of the children), I structure the day also, with activities, nap times, meal times, snacks, breaks, etc.. Pay rate is Negotiable, depending hours, and number of children, etc ($22 to 30) Minimal hours 3 + hours per day..
