Sumer is so awesome! Great with our three boys (ages 5, 3, and 3 months), which is no small feat. They love her very much and she definitely brings energy and enthusiasm that I don't always have :). I seriously considered keeping my crappy job so that I could keep her ... she is the best nanny we have ever had, not only because she is attentive and fun for the kids, but because she is also extremely professional, respectful, and communicative with us. That balance is, in our experience, very hard to find.
