I've been a childcare provider for the past 5 years, working with children of all ages from infants to preteens. I simply love kids, so babysitting is a passion of mine. Currently, I am a sophomore and a social work major at the University of Kentucky! I love playing outside, reading, crafts, and all fun! As a previous Assistant Nurse Manager one of my qualities is the ability to assess strengths in future employees. I would have hired Summer immediately. She is the most attentive, caring and compassionate young woman I've ever known. Her ability to be empathetic and task oriented simultaneously is admirable. From being captain of her Field Hockey and Lacrosse team to now making her major in college Social Work is not surprising. She's a born nurturing leader. My only issue is I wish I would have known her when my son was little.
