Susana worked with our family as a nanny from July 2025 through December 2025, caring for our two children, my son (4 years old) and my daughter (7 years old). Her responsibilities included picking up the children from school, preparing healthy meals and snacks, helping with their homework and daily routine. She was always great about sending text and photo and stayed on top of communication with us. What stood out most was her warm personality and natural connection with children. Our children quickly became very comfortable with her, and she always treated them with kindness, patience, and respect. She taught my son the alphabet, numbers, and read books. She taught my daughter how to dance, sing songs and practiced speaking Spanish. She was also very flexible week to week about changes in the kid’s extracurricular schedules and arrived every day on time. Unfortunately, my husband had to change jobs and we were unable to continue hiring Susana. We truly appreciated the dedication and attention she gave to our family during the time she worked with us.
