About Susan

I'd describe my personality as dedicated, warm and energetic. I'm looking for a part-time job that allows me to make a positive difference in a busy family's daily life. My experience with children began when I raised my two sons. Next was during my career as a dental hygienist. I treated children of all ages on a daily basis and educated them on preventative dental care. For many children their first experience at the dental office is with the hygienist. Many children can find that first experience frightening and intimidating. It was my job to make them feel comfortable and earn their trust. Most of these children came back to see me through college and beyond. It was a rewarding feeling for me to see their smiling faces year after year. For outside activity I enjoy gardening, hiking, traveling, cooking, fitness classes and spending time with my grandchildren.
